Holiday Courses

Holding a Course

We are always looking for new exciting venues / organisations to run courses at during all School Holidays. Instead of focusing on Football we are hoping to link these courses into our New After-Schools Programme and make them Multi Sports Weeks.

These courses would run Monday – Friday and would start at 10.00am and finish at 3.00pm. Parents / Children have the option to enrol daily for £7.50 or for the full week is £35.

The National Average for Child Care is £3.95 per hour. Our Holiday Courses work out at £1.40 per hour giving parents an enormous saving of £63.75 each week per child.

Schools would need to be able to provide the following facilities in order for a course to take place:

  • GRASS FIELD or PLAYGROUND or HALL
  • CLASSROOM or HALL TO USE AS A BASE
  • TOILETS (essential)

We would arrange everything else from Assembly / Taster Morning to advertise the event, Forms to go home to parents, Register, Confirmation Letters, Collecting money, Medals, Trophies, Prizes.

PLEASE NOTE
On some occasions schools have contributed towards the cost of these courses by using Family Learning Funding or the relevant pot – this was usually done to assist Free School Dinner Children or children who otherwise may not be able to attend.

The template we are looking to adopt during the upcoming holidays is shown at the top of this page. (The order of when the Sports take place might alter due to weather etc)

We would provide all the equipment needed to run the course, Company Insurance, All staff are Fully CRB Cleared and hold current First Aid Certificates.

We normally invite Reception through to Year 6 with a maximum of 60 children that we split into smaller groups depending on size, age & ability, so that children are working at the relevant level.

If you would like to enquire about your school being used as a venue for one of our Holiday Courses please contact us using the ENQUIRY FORM to the right of this page.
